All UPS / shipped orders are processed immediately.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you may refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse. If you have received the merchandise, you can simply return it by mail.
Check your Order Status online
Orders with a status of "Processing" cannot be canceled. When the status changes from Processing to Shipped it means that your order has left Paradigm Sensors distribution facility and is on its way to the carrier's regional distribution center.
The typical duration of this stage is 1-3 business days. As a result, tracking numbers and other information may not be available until your shipment arrives at the carrier's regional center.
